Model Commissions

By purchasing from me you are agreeing to the following terms of service. In order to commission me you must read the following terms and understand them. if it is needed you may ask for clarification.Please scroll all the way to the bottom as there is important information.

TERMS OF SERVICE--------------------------
Any transaction legally binds you to the terms and service set in place.If these terms are broken in any way then the client is not entitled to a refund. Partial refunds may be discussed.If you wish to request clarification on the rules set in place you are free to do so, comfort of the client is valued.

If a commission is to be made public in any way be it files or avatar it must be done on my accounts, I do not feel comfortable with my work being on others accounts because anyone can edit credit out of descriptions. (some acceptations may apply to close friends)

Deadlines and ETAs are not accepted as it causes stress which can lead to burnout as well as physical strain, If you are not comfortable with this please seek out an artist who allows them. Communication will still be given when a commission is started but we would prefer you to avoid requesting an ETA or pressuring to get the model done within a certain amount of time.There are channels in the server that provide updates on what is being worked on as well as the progress of other commissions which can help to keep you updated, you will receive a message with an update on your commission if it is started.
--------------------------Do not private message deergraves about commissions, all commissions are handled in the server through the ticketing system. This is to avoid scammers and bots as well as keep everything in a neat place.

A commission will only include ONE person per slot. You are not allowed to add one or more people into your designated commission slot.

I require an A pose or T pose front facing reference sheet, some references may be rejected dependant on character. If A character is complex and has many details I request that the reference be fully colored and in some instances may need a side and back reference. If a reference sheet is not completed even after partial or full payment of a commission then I am unable to start on it. A newer commission may take over your place in the queue and your commission will be moved lower until you provide the reference.
--------------------------All tickets are not considered private, If given a reason deergraves holds the right to share the contents of any ticket. Sensitive information such as gmail, payment methods and login information will not be exposed.Though if you are found to break TOS (specifically have ripped avatars on your profile, are a ripper or are a danger) your gmail may be passed to other creators to blacklist you from future purchases

All commissions will primarily be accepted from close friends and trusted clientele.
--------------------------Permission or legal ownership must be proven if commissioning a model of someone else's character or design.You must provide screenshot or recorded evidence of clear consent from the original creator of said design.This does not include strictly official depictions of characters from media such as rainbow dash from the my little pony series or freddy from five nights at freddys however if the design is fanmade or another persons original character then you must ask permission first.

--------------------------By default, all commissions are personal use unless commercial rights are purchased.

Credit is required when reposting deergrave's work to social media or servers, including edits of the work provided

If you are found to be spreading slander and encourage others to harass or otherwise sabotage deergraves and any associated shop you will be blacklisted from future purchases and removed from any space deergraves holds.

Upon agreement of payment, if anything is added onto the commission within a week of purchase afterwards it will require an add-on fee, which can range from 5$-10$+ depending on the complexity of the item. This will be added on top of the item's price.--------------------------If given a tip that equates to over 50$ is given deergraves will require it to be paid after said commission is completed to avoid scams.--------------------------
Revisions policyEach client is entitled to 10 free revisions. If you exceed this amount, each revision will be 5$ per edit.This includes significant proportional editing, nitpicking specified details, editing textures, adding details not previously specified, and more. You will be warned when you have reached the limit.

If requesting a commission that has things listed on the “don't section” your commission may take longer to complete or will be completely rejected.

deergraves am not a professional model maker, they are completely independent and freelance. Do not expect movie or big game studio quality.

You will be blacklisted if you support the following topics: proshippers, maga, pedophiles, groomers, zoophiles, or rape apologists.

If I am unable to finish an avatar for any reason you are allowed to take it to another creator or editor HOWEVER you must ask me first as well as inform me on who will be taking over the commission. This is to avoid rippers getting ahold of my work

Please do not send uncensored references, if a reference actively has NSFW or suggestive elements such as nipples, genitals or fetish material it will immediately reject it. Yes this includes even on masculine/male characters.

Refund policy:{Full refund}
You are entitled to a full refund if the avatar is not started, though the price of taking up a slot is 20$ per person so you will receive a refund with 20$ subtracted from it.{Partial Refund}
If half of or more of the modeling, rigging or texturing process is completed then you are entitled to a partial refund and will be given the files of the commission in the stage it is in. You are allowed to discuss it however if you threaten to chargeback or otherwise smear me you will be given the refund without the files and blacklisted from future purchases.{No refund}
If a commission is completed and I have done all that is required of me then you are not entitled to a refund, even if you no longer connect with it or do not want it anymore. you may be given a discount on a future purchase if there are any issues I couldn't fix at the time (this includes remodels){Disclaimer}

I am a disabled artist; my disabilities make it difficult for me to work consistently.When commissioning me, please understand that my TOS and boundaries are based on these issues.

In order to keep up with finances as well as avoid burnout I may work on other projects alongside your commission such as PTU models or public models to help spread my work.

I have joint-related issues that cause my wrists and fingers to experience stiffness and joint pain; this may hinder my ability to work if either my braces or my pain medications do not work. Using my braces while working also makes it difficult, so I may take breaks here and there.I do my best to avoid my issues affecting my work; however, I am cautious, as stress can cause joint pain, seizures, and depressive episodes, so if I need to take a break, I will let clients know immediately through announcements in my server.-------------------------------------------
My models are on the higher poly side, though I try to keep them below 100,000 tris it may be difficult if you request multiple outfits on one model at once, a ton of toggles or a very complex design! my main goal is to make it look good rather than optimization as I view these models as art so if you are looking for an optimized model id advise going to another artist who offers that and supporting them! <3—------------------------—----------------
My advertisers and testers help me test and take pictures in commissions! Commissions will be temporarily made public then deleted for promotional material as well as archival images to show the work! No advertisers or testers will receive uploads of the avatar, if you do not want your avatar to be used for this please request it beforehand
